My commitment

I want everyone to be able to use the Prime Data Works website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers or other assistive tools. If something on this site gets in your way, I want to hear about it and fix it.

The standard I work toward

My goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a goal I work toward, not a guarantee. This statement is not a certification or a claim that every page is fully compliant.

What I do to support accessibility

Clear headings so each page has a logical outline.
Keyboard navigation, including the menus, with a visible outline on the item you have selected.
Text alternatives for meaningful images.
Readable contrast between text and backgrounds.
Text you can resize with your browser zoom without losing content.

Known limits

Some older content on this site may not fully meet the standard yet. Some third party tools, such as the Calendly scheduler I use for booking calls, are run by other companies and may not fully meet it either. If one of these gets in your way, contact me and I will help another way.

If you run into a barrier or need information in a different format, reach me any of these ways. I will reply within 2 business days.

How this site works for you, and what to do if it does not.

That is my goal. You can use the Tab key to move through links, menus and buttons, and you should see a clear outline on whatever is selected. If something gets stuck or you cannot reach it, please tell me.

Yes. Tell me what works best for you, such as larger text, a plain text version or a phone walkthrough, and I will do my best to provide it.

I work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA, but I cannot promise that every page fully meets it. Some older content and third party tools may fall short. When you report a problem, I take it seriously and reply within 2 business days.
