The problem
A growing company was running Facebook Lead Ads to hire Movers and Drivers, but had no system connecting those leads to the hiring process. Candidates had no guarantee anyone followed up, and there was no way to see where people were dropping off.
What I built
- Connected Facebook Lead Ads directly to a ClickUp candidate board using Zapier
- Built Mover and Driver hiring stages so every candidate lands in the right pipeline
- Fixed field mapping issues so no lead gets dropped on a technicality
- Built a live dashboard showing the funnel from application to hire
The result
Every applicant now has somewhere real to go.
Applicants flow automatically from the ad into a visible, trackable pipeline. Nothing depends on someone remembering to check an inbox, and the company can catch problems before candidates are lost.
